Need a gift for a gifted musician?
At an early age Spooks McGhie had a vision that was unlike any other child his age. At the age of 15 he materialized his dream by starting his own legitimate production business with his friends in his grandmother's basement. Their focus was fashion, videography and (of course) music. Spooks McGhie was in charge of the music portion of was would later be known as Fallout Pruduckshunz (that's no...t a typo). They ran recording sessions for local acts at ten dollars an hour and used the money they made to buy candy and sell in the school to buy more recording equipment. He has since expanded his artistic ability by dabbling in as many art-forms that he can humanly manage, studying and analyzing everything from big band to hip-hop to A Capella. All of these styles and genres are prevalent in his music style, but he typically leans more toward the Hip-Hop culture. Although his music is versatile it always has a strong hip-hop influence. He has recorded and produced with LOTS of underground hip-hop artist (mostly unknown to the masses), but he intends to increase this number greatly. 2013 is already off to a good start since he has release three mix-tapes His debut Mixtape "CHIPPEDTOOFRAPSBUCKTOOFSONGS," which showcases his singing and rapping abilities, "BEATS AND SHYT" a collection of 30 instrumental snippets that show his strong points in the production and composition area, and his newest release "COVERS AND ACAPELLAS," a 23 track collection of covers and remixes to popular songs laced with occasion skits. Many have said that at this point of his life and career, he should have already been picked up by a major label, but road blocks in life have slowed his inevitable progress. From being arrested on multiple occasions for frivolous charges and eventually becoming homeless, he has bounced back and found a new direction in his music. With a personality that is unmatched, a unique singing voice and impressive rap style, he intends to take Atlanta by storm and eventually the world. This young artist is someone to look out for.
