Boogieburg's maniac DJ's Gaskins and Eclectic have over 12 years experience performing alongside acts like Pretty Lights, Girl Talk, Big Gigantic, Beats Antique, Nickodemus, SOJA, Ursula 1000, Tittsworth, and members of Thievery Corporation from coast to coast spreading Spark Arrester's unique Boogieburg sound. Every track in a Spark Arrester DJ set is a custom edit, re-edit, remix, or original... known for pushing the envelope and taking risks, all in the name of expanding musical boundaries. Newly formed Boogieburg Recordings is scheduled for 3 Spark Arrester releases featuring ghetto funk, balkan beats, and midtempo flavors with remixes of the likes of Emancipator, Devendra Banhart, and Beats Antique. Their releases on record labels in Greece, San Francisco and Atlanta with artists such as Featurecast, Mr. Scruff, Basement Freaks, Wax Tailor, Jon Kennedy, Breakbeat Junkie, DJP, Caravan Palace, Palov & Mishkin, Kidgusto, Skeewiff, Waldeck, and Parov Stelar have reached TurntableLab's "BOMB!" status, been featured on sites like GhettoFunk.co.uk, topped sales charts, and have moved many fine booties around the world.
