Space Duke musical career started in the year 1994 when he decided to focus on djing. He and his close friend Chimo Bayo changed the scene in the "ruta del bacalao" with their infectious vibes. After some years playing in the best spanish clubs as chocolate, puzzle, scorpia,... he pushed his set to the next level using his clasical music training (cajon flamenco, pandereta, flauta dulce) to deliver a sound never listened before.
Afterthat, he made some collaborations with some of the coolest spanish bands as camela, andy & lucas, and "el koala", with absolute success... (several #1 in the loca fm radio chart).
In the year 2000, he started to try new sounds, sampling merengue, bachata, and cha cha chatunes, and mixing it with drum & bass, opening the gate to a new style: miniton latino.
As a producer, Space Duke is the man behind: Locomia, Tamara, Falete, and almost all the latin techno samba bands in the last 20 years in spain.
Not happy with this, he spended some years developing a new dance style (latin tecktonik) and teaching it to all the clubbers in his area.
His residency at Revolution, and "Azucar" inspired other dj´s in Madrid, and made him the legend we all know.
Nowadays, he think headphones and mixers are over rated, so he is playing his dj sets with a laserdisc and his old motorola 8700 phone (without cover).
