If Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music...

Introduced by a mutual friend who thought two musical heads were better than one, South East London DJ and producers Tom Moore and Dan Timcke bonded on their quest to make electronic music with substance, cue SoulCircuit.
Taking their inspiration from San Fran born Justin Martin, Lil Silva, Dark Sky and Bok Bok SoulCircuit use these influences to throw serious spanners into electronical reworks, most recently twisting the tempo of Adele’s Skyfall to an enthusiastic audience of 50,000 and counting in the 4 week space of a new drop.
The 22-year-old duo have already had their music downloaded by the likes of house music maestro Claude Von Stroke, had their sounds pumped out of the airwaves to millions by Radio 1’s B Traits, been featured in Eton Messy’s popular ‘messy mix’ and received international bookings for the year ahead.
Currently experimenting with their trademark quirky house subdued with garage and laced with bass, SoulCircuit have been busy taking their talent to some of the capitals most respected sell out nights; warming up the decks for the likes of Plastician and David Rodigan.
Quietly making waves on the festival circuit last summer at Lounge on the farm and One Love supporting Scratch Perverts and the rapidly up and coming youngsters Disclosure, SoulCircuit have been grafting hard to launch their own label Apexape to curate their own eclectic nights in bass capitals Bristol and London. If this is anywhere near you, I would strongly advise to watch this space.
