Teeth for radio and way past my sell by date. Not wrong music or right music. Or classed as pure electronica or analogue, sounds vary from dark ambient and noise beat tracks. I dont know if my music fits anywhere. Been knocking it out music now for 10 years.

Therefore I have to release my music through my own label. Unfortunately being skint. I cannot put out many physical releases of cds, vinyl and tapes. All my releases are on Elm Lodge Records but some special one offs are on other labels.

Starting with a crappy scribbled cd'rs to Future Music in 2003, more homemade cd-rs made their way onto BBC Freakzone, Radio 3 Mixing it and Radio 1 Huw Stephens. Over the last ten years I've released various physical, downloadable and free releases. List below.

Will Self - They seem quite pretty!

David Stubbs in Wire magazine - He processes old TV samples and gnarly Grunge loops, and sounds like he's prepared to get his fingernails grubby in the process. Synths fly about the mix like bluebottles, and there is a general air of ambient terrain subject to heavy showers of old junk. All quite refreshing really, in its reversion to long neglected tactics.

Sonic Curiosity (USA) - These compositions exemplify an attempt to inject ilbient songs with traditional elements, a fusion that results in an engaging combination of disjointed elements coaxed into a melodic cooperation. Any attempt to lump them all together into one genre is simply impossible, as Soiled’s creativity wanders all over the musical map. The unifying thread is the musician’s determination to explore uncharted territory in pursuit of sonic entertainment.

Tasty Fanzine (UK) - We live in an age where nearly all music is a soundtrack, - it’s for going out and dancing, it’s for driving to, it’s incidental to your favourite TV show, it’s on your iPod while you go running. But like some kind of warped Vangelis, the found and synthesised sounds of Soiled demand that you listen to them purely for the sake of listening, and for that I applaud you sir
