Smooth Agent is proud to introduce another fine talent Imaani Brown with his Soul Cypher EP. He has wowed us with his remix of Mutabaruka's "Dis Poem" on his Brown Skin label in Germany. The first tune on this EP "Chocolate For My Baby" channels his Iranian roots combined with the deep house grooves. "Cool Cat" is all about the Afro Rhythms that just hits you the moment you hear the sounds of the kalimbas. The title track "Soul Cypher" is more conga driven grooves for a nice early set. Lastly, "The Essence" is all about the soulful vocal stabs with a little more stomp to it. Imaani covers all areas from soulful to world grooves.
