Slit Jockey Records is operated by PJ Starkey, Gair Dev79 and Aaron El Carnicero. We are an underground urban music label that drops bombs in your field of hearing. Slit Jockey Records was founded in 2005.
Originally started to bring the UK’s Grime sound stateside, the label’s outlook has expanded to encompass a widespread urban underground palette including dubstep, grime, 2-step, street bass and whatever else makes sense to bang out your speakers. Slit Jockey‘s recent releases by Stagga, Sduk and J-Sweet have been scorching the palettes of taste makers everywhere, after years of well received releases with tracks by artists such as Warrior Queen, Kano, DZ, Starkey, Poirer, Kaiser, 8Bitch, Vex’d, Rustie, Numan, Bombaman, and NastyNasty among others.
