Vocals and lyrics by DMT
Guitar solo by Marty Friedman
LYRICS:
Behind the walls we seem to know
We have faith in too many things
And we just don't know what to choose
We have control over everything
And we could stand to lose it all
I believe we are...Supernova
Born onto a dying star
What if we had known but what if we were never meant to know
Behind our star
What if we had known but what if we were never meant to know
We die stranded here
Would we survive? Would we die behind our star?
We want this to be over
We believe in so many things
That we just don't know what to do
We have faith in too many things
That we just don't know what to choose
Supernova....Tell us once again will we ever know?
Tell us who we are. Born onto a dying star.
Home again, home again, home again.
When will I be home again?
When will I be home again?
When will I be home again?
When will I be home again?
When will I be home again?
We want this to be over.
We want this to be over.
We want this to be over.
We want this to be over.
Tell us who we are...tell us who we are...tell us who we are...tell.
We want this to be over although we need it so badly.
Supernova. Tell us once again will we ever know?
Tell us who we are. Born onto a dying star.
Tell us once again will we ever know
Tell us who we are
Born onto a dying star, tell us who we are
Dig the vocals on this track. Reminds me of old good alice n chains.
These harmonies... amazing. Same goes for the rhythmic arrangement of course. And it all sounds so intuitive, almost simple!
I've been jamming this song EVERY day for the past two months. I just can't get over how powerful this song hits me. Thank you!
I might be a little stoned... but I'm getting hit by huge waves of emotion right now. Beautifully written and executed!
this vocal part at 2:16, is f'n bad ass! nice job hittin' that
A 6 string pushing the boundaries just as much as a 7 or 8!
You have to let people download this thing... its brilliant! :)
The Vocals are so dreamy... I love it!! I saw SkyHarbour live at the Lamb Of God Concert in Bangalore on 26th May 2012.. I was right in front of Daniel Tompkins!!! And Anup Sastry NAILED THE DRUMS!!!!
