Skrips started out His Younger Years on the Drum n` Bass scene in 98`, after developing a passion, listening to it since 96`, gaining inspiration from Hyper-D, Fearless, Det n` Skibadee; He started with the name 'MC Livelee'. He began doing mixtapes with various Fam DJ`s Hydro , ManOnWire , Smuggla n` Shok jus 2 name a few; moving onto pirate radio slots, most have shutdown now! Freeze was 1, though still might be going n` Big up to Envy online radio. Once the New millenium entered, that sound of motormouth mixed with harmonised vocals was heard and He was brought into a few local Venues around the North side of the river & East-West ends of London Town and outer regions, with DJ`s such as Krisalis (Infrared), Frostie (LDZoo), T-Phonic (Viper), and DJ`s from the Val Fam collective; with MC sparring partner Rowdee. Has also toured sets with J Majik (Infrared), who is a very established member in the game, hosted for Grooverider, Nicky Blackmarket and Danny Wheeler in various venues around the country, and whilst touring Australia; played with Pascal in Perth. Skrips is now back on his Root favourite; HipHop! Where he can concentrate on getting lyrics out at a firm pace and include more speech in detail, covering issues of todays subjects and speak of yesterdays lessons. He continues to write tracks with His Fam Members 4 the Love of The Music, and passion to touch minds with some Food for Thought! Keep watch on this Space, as there is more to come, including mixtapes compiled and mixed by Skrips, band demo's from various bands mister Skrips drums for, and is open to collaborations with as many producers n` writer/MC`s He comes across. Skrips hopes that You (the listener) will enjoy, the diverse range of flavour for Your ears that is Yet to come.
