We are the Ska Skank Redemption. While our base music is Ska-Punk, we try not to be limited by the genre, dipping into other influences, including but not limited to: Jazz, Jam Bands, Funk, Classical, Classic Rock, Blues, Punk, and the occasional dose of Death Metal. With the company of a few music majors, as well as several other strong musicians, we take great pride in the quality of our music, and always strive to make each song better than the last. Despite what some may say, we honestly and truly do write from the heart. Our hearts just happen to be loaded with funny stories, video games, partying, disgust for poor musicianship, and a certain love of the sea. We have stuck by our refusal to follow the pessimism of the "scene" today, because really, things could be worse. You could have your head ripped off by a bear with one gentle swipe, or hell, something could be wrong with the G-diffuser! But we pledge that when you find yourselves in that sort of a situation, we'll be right behind you, yelling "Use the boost to chase! Use the Boost to chase!!"
