Erupting from the East Coast of
Australia comes Melbourne's
Bass Modulator SK. Bringing
tha emphasis on Gangsta Beats,
Phat Bass with Live Emceeing
incorporated into her DJ shows.
Formerly the emissary for Glitch
Hop on the West Coast of
Australia & inspired heavily by
artists such as ILL Gates,
Bassnectar, Blunt Instrument,
K+Lab & The Glitch Mob.
Elements of her most influential
genres Hip Hop, Dubstep &
Drum & Bass are resonated
through out what she believes
is the new excursion into
Bass Music.

In 2003 SK began contributing
to the Perth Electronic Music
scene as a Drum & Bass MC
with Perth’s legendary Trafik crew.
No stranger to the Breaks scene,
she teamed up with local producer
Lokey Fu playing numerous gigs
including one of Australia’s
biggest Breakbeat festivals
“Breakfest” & later featured on
the track “Forty Forty” released
on the Deuce Jig Saw Compilation.

In 2008 SK began her Dubstep
journey & supported many
international artists including
Tes La Rok, Joker, Antiserum,
Excision, Reso, Plastician, Caspa,
Rusko, Nero & N Type.
She later featured on Elissim’s
track “B Souljahs” released
through Little Rascal Records.

In 2009 SK discovered Glitch
Hop & set out to embark on this
new venture of sound. So far
she has appeared on bills with
artists such as ILL Gates,
Bassnectar, Blunt Instrument,
Ant-Ten-Nae, DOV, Eprom,
Opiuo & Freq Nasty.

Before relocating to Melbourne
she made her mark on the East
Coast scene by performing at
the Deliverance 2011 festival.
She has also played several
shows with Melbourne's finest
Dysphemic & Miss Eliza
including Earth Freq 2012.
