There is something deeply intense and passionate about Latin music that demands my attention whenever I hear it. Maybe it is the autonomous repetition of the drums with the unsuspecting improve that works its way throughout the track. Often times it is the visual display of 2 people in sync, perfectly off beat by just a hair to give the dance a unique feel that changes with every 2 heartbeats.
