Tech-House / Deep House producer Simon Tappenden is one half of duo Pop Out & Play. Originally formed in London 1999 with buddie Wil Russell, Pop out & Play enjoyed success with a number of releases on labels Sumsonic, Alola, Special Needs, Purpose, Visitor and Star 69 recieving worldwide support from hundreds of DJ's such as Mr.C, Dave Mothersole, Spirit Catcher, Josh Wink, Laurent Garnier and Danny Tenaglia thru to the likes of Pete Tong! As well as being remixed by Justin Drake (Peace Division), Rozzo and Asad Rizvi, Several of their productions were included on compilations and DJ mix CD's by artists such as The Timewriter and DJ Vibe.

Fast forward a few years.. Now i'm just making and playing Deep and Tech sounds at my leisure. much like I always have I suppose.. Not in it for the money, just for the love of it X
