Andy Fish has existed as Silk & Olive since 2005. Generally an acoustic singer-songwriter, in 2010 she started experimenting with beat-sequencing, layered vocals and found sounds to create downtempo tracks with occasional forays into dance music.

Recorded works include "Small Dark Light" (2005, CD) and "Trouble in the Tea Leaves" (2008, CD and limited press transparent red vinyl). Her first electronic album will drop in April 2013. Influences include: Erik Satie, Goldfrapp, Gudrun Gut, Kate Bush, Tokimonsta, Clams Casino, Bon Iver, Massive Attack, Portishead, Arms & Sleepers, Balam Acab, PJ Harvey, Krishnamurti, Jim Jarmusch films, Finnish saunas & the natural world.
