Perhaps more of a window into the current state of my soul than i'd like. Some of these melodies have a strangely arabic vibe.

@The Verb: I like playing with odd progressions and the like, I always seem to end up with a haunting vibe with my melodies

Love the reverse samples, but i would replace the 909 hat. 808 or 606 could work

@Nathan Rain: Totally hear what your saying. This is one of those weird tracks where i've sequenced the drums but played the melody in straight from my keyboard, and it's always hard to tell how they'll turn out. the whole track is pretty much a slave to this random, generative pad melody. Kind of takes you on a journey but quite a subtle one, and definitely by teh senic route.

if think the pad and the melody to be eqed so they can work together well

mixdown definitely need work, more space needed for all this sounds, and maybe some reverb on the pads or some kind of stereo effect
