Originally hailing from Brisbane but based in Byron for the last 13 years, Si Clone has played his quirky deep underground rhythms up and down the east coast of Australia from Melbourne to Cairns and back since '96. Si is booked regularly on the outdoor festival circuit and also plays club gigs in Brisbane supporting international djs at a number of different venues.
He also has presented his own webcast radio program 'Submerged' on Bay FM 99.9 for 12years and for 3 years prior to that on Noosa community radio. On a musical tip expect a fresh mix of squelchy fat techno, breaks, minimal tech/tech house, bass, industrial and a few proper electro robot numbers.
Si Clone has consistently rocked the Tipi Zone crowd at Splendour In The Grass over the years with his diverse musical selection and tight mixing skills.
Si is currently working in the studio with M-Phonik on some new tracks under the artist name Siphon, the 4 track Amphibious EP being is being launched soon. All 4 tracks are up on on the Soundcloud page: Siphon.;
