About

Shemaiah is a young entrepreneur that wears many hats. Music, Photography, and Video is his specialty. Born and raised in
San Antonio, TX, Shemaiah has always focused on being creative and successful with everything he does.

After moving to Michigan at the age of 8 years old, he got an early start in music by picking up the trumpet in the 5h grade at
Brick Elementary in Ypsilanti, MI. Being in the school band was a great joy, and he kept on playing through Lincoln middle school &
high school. Shemaiah created his first beat on a keyboard when he was 14 years old. Soon, he was on a computer creating beats
when he pursued his certificate in Music Production and Engineering at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI (in 2005).
In 2007, Shemaiah completed his certificate in Music Production and Engineering, and moved on to complete two Associates
Degrees along with his High School Diploma.

In 2009, Shemaiah transferred to the University of Toledo and studied Philosophy/Business while still creating music on the side.
He has worked with underground artists, and mentored by professional people in the music industry. His passion is noticeable
when you talk to him about his goals/dreams. He believes that nothing is impossible when you set your mind on things above.

"you have to lay down the tracks first, in order for the train to come" -Shemaiah A. Reed

When there's a will, there's a way. Shemaiah is living proof of that.
