THE BRIDGE GOES FROM COPENHAGEN - BRAZIL.

The road is shorter, it has become much easier to unknown artists to find new exciting partners, to build a bridge between countries far away. After the Internet has come, the possibilities become bigger, funnier and boundaries are blurred.

Share a cherry is the name, they are brother and sister, they both live in Copenhagen, and is probably on the "wrong" side of the 40, but still burning the music .....
Right now both of them together somewhere in Copenhagen, and put the finishing touches on their latest product.

The product is an album that has been in development since 07.08.09. At that time the band started. D.11.11.11 released their targets, namely Lounge album SENSES .....
"Last year feels now that long ago, and the first album sounded much like Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Trentemøller, Art of Noise, and our great idol Jean Michel Jarre. They have all long been our role models."

There is now something more adrenaline in the music and dance genre are under attack. As a result, among other things. a collaboration between Share a cherry from Denmark and Dj Lucas Ebone and singer Rosana Alves both from Brazil, famous in Latin America
With its Shakira sound. This has resulted in the number Tonight, published on 21.12.12. On among others Cdbaby.com, and iTunes ...

A few days after released album Dance Floor Beats the Share a cherry have found work with a young, upcoming Danish singer SEWO.

"Name Share a cherry, we feel is a good, fun, positive and rewarding name that tells a lot about us as people, We would like to eat cherries with the great, but we would also like to share them ".

"Now we are more dance-oriented, a little like Avicii, Carl Cox, Dj Tiesto, but still with our own sound, we would like to keep."

"We want to work with different genre like Film music (soundtrack) that we have sent 3 pieces of recently".

"We want to take people away from the winter cold, just an little hour, listen and enjoy" ........

Share a cherry is right now Artists without LABEL ........ But could well imagine a cooperation within time.

BAND: 070809 the birthdate of our band. Numbers are important! Just think about money - the numbers of stocks or the numbers of shoes or bags you got - So our goal is to get our music out on the marked on a good date 11.11.11... And so we did it...

Us: We are brother and sister mixing the feminine and the masculine objects of music. The same thing we are doing with the genres of music. A little warm jazz,mixed with cool electronic features so it becomes wide and spacy. With room for all!

Name; Share a cherry - We feel are the name of something good, positive and giving.
So now we want to give our listeners a feel good experience too.

Process/Product: 2 years have gone by from the idea to now-a full product. The process has taken a long time back and forward. And sometimes motivation just comes and goes.
We have found out that it is REALLY important to either take a break or to give it a hard push. So for the persons. That are thinking "electronic music is sooooo easy to make" - NOT TRUE...!!!

Concept: You can call it "a cup of hot chocolate" -concept.
Music to listen to in a warm place. In front of a fireplace -Drinking a coffee or hot cup of chocolate WITH CREAM on a cafe-looking out at the busy streets. Sweating on a dance floor in a club.

Music that is inspired from the 80´s and 90´s- from bands like Depeche mode, Yello, Jean Michel Jarre, Art of noise, Kraftwerk, Ladytron, Trentemöller .......etc.

- So we take you to a warm place -away from the cold.

Chill out & lounge was our first attempt to get into the world of electronic music...

We wanna show that it is possible to make a transision on the way to the next album...

Not that we aint proud of our first attempt - because we are...

Chill out & lounge is two important aspects of life, dance is another...

So now we work on our second album, where we will wrestle with the dance aspect...

Like rumble in the jungle, baby...
