Bios:
Eric Shans is an Electronic Music Producer with over 10 years of production credits. His sound ranges from dark electro tech house to new wave sounding electronic tech.
Currently Eric is one half the production team of Shans & Schwinge and a solo artist producing electronic pop under the moniker Phenotract. His 3rd official album "Shifting" was released in June of 2010. Besides working on Phenotract, Eric has produced over a dozen house tracks under his own name which most were released on the Flawless Digital label. Since 2002, Eric has worked with the electro-industrial act, Cesium 137, performing live keyboards.
Eric is a photographer, web developer, and has DJ residencies at Abilene and Camp in Brooklyn, NY.
Pete Schwinge (aka Dvon from his electronic rock collaboration) is a DJ/Producer/Performing Artist with over 10+ years as a NYC DJ and a lifetime as a musician.
Currently he is one-half the production team of Shans & Schwinge focusing on the deeper, tech side of electronic dance music, while his moniker, Dvon, is known for its energetic sound merging electro, trance, tech, and rock sounds.
Pete has been a New York City DJ since the late 90’s where he played big rooms and intimate spaces alike. Currently he is in rotation for the BasicNYC parties at Sullivan Room and Water Taxi Beach taking opening duties for names such as David Morales, Derrick Carter, and Tom Middleton, to name a few.
