About
Located somewhere between 0v and 5v, shagghie pushes on to create malformed house and modulated acid. With a penchant for analog outboard gear, Roland drum machines, and German synths, the studio is an oasis of possibility and house to shelter from life's many storms.

yep here we go.. gonna be a good ride
@cutoph: Thank you amigo! I might take this one to a fully prouduced track
@The Love Agency: all up in the wallz!
@Lowfreq77: wonka wobbles are the language of the analog LFO towards the end of the track. Hi Reso, Low cutoff, LFO --&rt; cutoff freq = liguid disco LFO bubbles
@GRΞEN MOИO MUSIC STUΔIO: thanks man, so much. the original 808 was the first track I ever signed... glad you like this remix too!
mmmmooosttt excellent work!!!!
accciiiidddddddd!
just a sick track..this is one of those early morning after-hours tracks that is set up to take care of its listeners and get them through till dawn. Are those LFO to Part Vol modulations, or is that compression breathing on Dynamix, or? It's working really really well here!!!
Reason # 234,522,126 why I still need to invent a time machine...
this is really pretty through here...like an elektronik forest.
THERE's the kick! talk about making us wait for it! :p
Dubstep ftw bass tones
indeed this shit IS impressive!
sounds like a really good time, wish i coulda been there! Only feedback i have is that the more hops in the beer, the less the sherman will get used = the smooooother the acid = the kinder the jam.
super minimal break...love it! ;-P
like this action right here..the sherman comes into it's own to chop up that reso real nice like.
love when the vibe settles in during a jam and you're vibin' off the other guy. The trouble is avoiding vibe feedback loops! What ARE those 80's drums??? crazzzzzzzzy shizzzzle!
shermanatorz
love the industrial fx'y stuff going on in the background....
i sense a x0xb0x pattern change here! Let's see if you 'own it' or not....
wow, just looking at the waveform it looks to be a proper session with good dynamics control. I think I'll risk a listen!!!
Some the best vocal treatments/placements ever here imo! Really groovin' tech house for sure! Congrats man, you just keep turning them out!
wow Leo..well sounding awesome in my Shure ear bud headphones!
Raises!
and that's the beast 303 'octave up and here we go'. just because night rider needed his heart eaten out.
this is VJ's angry 303 coming in... pissed off that it had to go through the Death Valley in the car... nothing moves you like a pissed off 3's!
oh man...this is when we had our eyes closed with the rioja buzz just right... where it goes, nobody knows... total liberation, acid jamming.
@DanieleTripaldi: boner
sick drop!
I'm so afraid i think my dingo just escaped... wicked build, not messing around!
yo is that your kid or your GF pitched up or what? that's madness! Love that 808 kick/bass sub with the varying decay! I was just training the M1AM1 to do that the other day. Hard to control in the mix..but you've nailed it here!
really like how the 3's is shifted forward on that up beat. brings the vibe really forward and dark, like the 303 is pushing the track along even though the kick is kicking your ass down the ally the whole time...
overall...i love the blues/jazz you are working with stylisticaly. I can see the satriani outerspace alienesque mood come through. I also like that last little rhythm blurb towards the end. Overall.. the pitch seems just .5 cents sharp in some sections, dead on in others... most likely that's the track's fault with my pitch bend wheel on that string/synth part not settling. Mix wise, I think the guitar is a little hot..which is fine for this take and exercise and sharing of course. LOVE the tone you are working with... I think for this track some dubbed out delays might be fun to play with care of an RE-201 space echo or the like. honestly, did not know you played in those scales so well/naturally. How much of that is 'by ear' ,vs. 'intentionally thought out' ? I think we can work together going forward... it's always tought to meld guitar into 'techno' but it has been done successfully in a few great tracks. Whereas this track is more techno/space... I can also hear your licks on some more of the more classic Chicago/deep house stuff that has more funk and disco vibe roots.
i like the rhymical stuff here... that was proper... could hear that throught the track on another stem/take
nice pink floyd action here. tonally, and stylistically naild it
yeaasssss... nice mood match. respectful, introspective
love this section.... nice register to play in here 'up above' the rest of the track....
like this style a lot here....doood, totally didn't know you played like this. proper jazz!
Thanks everyone... have received nothing but great comments so far on this performance. I'm motivated enough now to take it into the studio and and mix it down, add some bus compression, etc. and see how she turns out! Was a really fun project, and i think will be an incredible track when done if I don't mess with it too much now....
this one knocked the dust of the rafters yo!
