Shadow Sync is the project launched by Leinad and MaxVu, djs with years of experience in north-eastern Italy, and Unity, sound designer and drum&bass producer. They are rooted into underground culture and and analog music, iridescent worlds they explored for over ten years. They travel around led by a minimal techno beat, with incursions into hypertechnologized tribal territories. Focus is a classic dark hypnotic techno tune with a modern touch and addicting dynamics: after the evocative intro the rhythmic texture gets more and more complex until our beloved TR909 seizes absolute power over the intricate weave of abstract sounds. Strong and relentless with an industrial dubby feel, it´s a perfect weapon for every techno cathedral. Dominion reflects their old Birmingham influences; it is built around a bewitched synth sequence which gets even more poisonous after the drop. Fat compressed drums build up a sonic aggression.
