SENSENOW was born from the union of two DJs which had no clue that their individual musical tastes could be merged into one only thing. The goal here is to provide a coherence break on the dance floor while letting go of the ordinary concepts one listens to every day. Therefrom comes the project's name: "We want people to experience a brand new musical concept, through which they will feel the convergence of electro, dubstep, moombathon, maximal house and baile funk" is what they always say.

In a bit more than 10 months, they have released 2 EPs of mashups – mixing baile funk, maximal and electro – which sums up to 14 tracks and already hit some of the most serious brazilian blogs, such as Funk na Caixa, OH!FUCKmusic, Friends by Far and Pick up the Headphones – and the English Global Ghetto, featuring in 2 of their mixtapes. Since their genesis, they have been invited to play at a growing number of clubs in São Paulo, Brasília and Goiânia. They have already toured with the brazilian electro duo We Say Go in February 2012, during which they played in 4 states of Brazil.

The duo is formed by Pedro Kurtz and Pedro Ascar, two college students who started out a project living exactly 914km apart from each other. United 8 months after SENSENOW's birth, they locked themselves up in a studio and came out with their fist entirely original track, featuring the dubstep producer Skinners. The track was entitled "Concha en la Cara" and is an unique mixture of baile funk vocals, moombahton and dubstep, signed by the English label AAA Records.

O projeto SENSE;NOW veio da união inusitada de dois DJs que, até então, não sabiam que seus gostos musicais poderiam se juntar em uma coisa só. A ideia é embaralhar qualquer conceito linear que exista, quebrar qualquer coerência, bloquear o sinal de roteiros prontos. Daí vem o nome.

Passeando pelos mais variados gêneros musicais, o intuito é misturar o comercial com o alternativo, o conceitual com o sujo, o barulho com o divertido. Do electropop ao neofunk, do fidget ao dubstep, do dutch ao moombathom. Sem o conservadorismo de batidas. O compromisso aqui é só com a pista.

SENSE;NOW é um duo formado por Pedro Kurtz e Pedro Ascar em uma esfera, no mínimo, estranha. Já tiveram sua sintonia e a mistura de boas referências testadas em terras goianas, candangas, mineiras e paulistanas. A dupla já lançou dois EPs, 12 mashups, 3 B-sides e 4 mixtapes , todos estampados em sites como Funk na Caixa, OH!FUCKmusic, Conservador Perverso e Pick up the headphones, além de grupos de neofunk, moombahton e dubstep fechadíssimos. O projeto funciona a partir da sintonia e a mistura de boas referências. A regra é não ter regra. Segundo eles, "aqui só é proibido ter gente parada". A regra é não ter regra. O duo teve uma mini-tour no começo do ano com a dupla We Say GO (SP). A trajetória incluiu São Paulo, Uberlândia, Goiânia e Brasília, começando no dia 2 de fevereiro e indo até dia 5, nas cidades respectivas.
