Self-Medication resides reclusively, but not exclusively, in Toronto, making downtempo indietronic / electroacoustic music, with some influence of glitchiness and experimental ether. The band creates a healthy blend of organic and inorganic, using a wide and interesting menu of analog and digital sound sources.

Earlier works were fairly guitar heavy trip-hop & post-rock flavoured, with vocals; later works more synthesizer-laden instrumental electro tracks. But there are no rules, and anything could happen.
