This is our debut album. Written about experiences with friends, our surrounding community, and those we spend our days with, these songs were written to capture those feelings of joy and sorrow; where we're all going and where we've all been. Why We Grow Old was recorded over the course of 2011 and early 2012.

Seedlings is a pop folk band from Des Moines, IA.

They are a bunch of friends who like playing music. Using this passion as a way to learn more about each other and those that surround them, they love to share their music, and they'd love for you to share it with those you love.
