Phillip Saypanya, quickly gained a following when he started playing shows produced by legendary Seattle promoters like Lovetribe under the alias, DJ LaOboYy, starting back in 2004. As his passion grew for EDM, he took his music to the next level and evolved his sound into which we now know as Sayphonik. Over the past decade, Sayphonik has performed all over the West Coast and has developed a reputation for performing technically sound mixes with a diverse track list, while maintaining a great vibe with the crowd.

Since his depart to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for music production, Sayphonik is now a professionally trained audio engineer/producer and productions/remixes supported by artists such as Paul Oakenfold, Menno De Jong, Roger Shah, Shogun, Aly & Fila, tyDi, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Airwave, Andy Moor, Nitrous Oxide, Mr. Pit, Ernesto Vs Bastian, Grube & Hovsepian, Suzy Solar, Amurai, ReOrder, Lemon & Einar K, Matt Cerf, and many more. His remixes and productions within the last two years have all been signed to various major trance/progressive labels such as Silent Shore Records, Neuroscience, Blue Soho, Factual Records, Exalted Tunes, Trance All-Stars, with more to be announced.

Sayphonik has even been hand selected by Shogun from Armada to open for him and has shared the stage with countless international acts while performing at some of Los Angeles’ top EDM clubs such as Circus and Belasco. Sayphonik is also the founder of a deeply passionate crew called the Underground Heroes, which specializes in promoting EDM, community, and art, in multiple cities.
