I am a singer/songwriter, called to, "Teach the Word of the LORD; sing it to the nations loud and clear."

I love the Psalms (the songs of the LORD) and I enjoy singing them.

I am involved in a project of setting prose Psalms to music.
I hope to capture the natural inflections, the natural rhythms, the structure, the meaning, the tone and the spirit of each Psalm in music; and thus, I hope to draw out its depth and make its meaning more clear to listeners and singers.

That is a tremendous challenge and a long journey. I have deposited my experiments here on SoundCloud.
I especially hope you will listen to the Psalms and leave timed comments on the tracks that will help me improve the method. Blunt honesty is the most helpful so please don't be shy!
