An up-and-coming label called 'Santon' has prepared a massive new compilation titled 'Crystal Waves', made to cover a wide range of contemporary electronic music from post-soviet states, due to be released on September 17th. This ambitious label's story begins all the way back in spring 2012, when three friends got together in order to promote the works of their fellow musicians. Keeping all the releases free of charge, Santon has since released exclusive tracks from Gillepsy, Cravach, Ovrkl, Tronical and Aleph, set to set the overall aesthetic of the label.
'Crystal Waves' features well-known artists: Koloah, Volta Cab, Pixlelord, Lostlojic as well as more obscure yet still noteworthy acts. With a total of 17 participants of different age and experience, Santon has created something bigger than just a contemporary bass, house, beats and UK funky scene showcase. 'Crystal Waves' is a manifest of the scene's new heroes. Taking everything they do seriously, as a label should, Santon captures listeners' attention with a whole new lineup of colourful and stereotype-free releases.
