SALVO CASTELLI was born in 1990 and originates from Niscemi, a little picturesque town, situated in the east of Sicily. Professionals in the field considered him one of the biggest and youngest Dj’s/Producers of the Sicilian clubbing scene. Luckily, since he was a little boy, music filled his home, so much so, that from that, he mastered the genre of house. As a result, he opened his own recording studio by the time he was 13 years old. This musical spirit of his family, his innate passion for PINK FLOYD and his eclecticism made sure that salvo instantly acquired a unique style. This thus resulted in the opportunity to gain recognition from important organizations in and outside of Sicily, where he immediately became a part of demonstrations such as “MOTOR SHOW” of Bologna, “STREET PARADE” of Catania and of the annual Italian stage of “RIZLA EVENT. Now Salvo imminently prepares himself for a new project called “PIKERDILL”, continuing a sophisticated melodic refinement or an authentic dance-style, collaborating with his studio friend “DOMY”, at a high level, giving the right input to the mind, a dynamic shot for the body and warm sonorities for the soul. In Salvo's heart however, a special place is reserved for the courage and style his legendary friend and teacher VIZO gave him “WE LOVE VIZO”.
