Husband and wife duo Linda & Shy Jacobs have only been Djing together under the moniker Sahin Meyer for as long as they have been married (2 years) both have extensive experience as DJs. They have both been Djing since 1999, but come from complete different backgrounds. Linda being the only female DJ in her hometown of Durban in South Africa for the first 5 years of her career coupled with hard work meant she was immediately an instant hit. Shy didn’t really exist on the scene because he didn’t have boobs and wasn’t very sexy. He however does have a talent for bringing drinks quickly and getting people ridiculously drunk which is how he got ahead unlike Linda who was a excellent djay and her talent over shadowed her boobs and sexiness.

As well as their success in South Africa, they have also played separately in India, Mauritius and Istanbul.

In December their very first record called 'World Cup 2010 South Africa' will come out on Best Works Records.

Also catch them making sandwiches at Subway in Hendon Central or look out for them as ticket officers in your nearest bus or tube stop, during the day they work at Juno Records for money.
