******************************************
Born in Sydney Australia from Lebanese parents, flamboyant, androgynous and enigmatic, recording and performing artist Saba Saliba started writing poetry, song lyrics, singing and creating original catchy pop melodies since his childhood. Saba studied in Music Business and Performance. He also has a flair for fashion and interests in movies, art and photography coffee table books.

Saba is passionately inspired by the 80's Dance floor fillers, the 12” Vinyl Records of Michael Jackson, Boy George, Madonna and his favourite song writers: Giorgio Moroder, Nile Rogers, Steve Anderson, Calvin Harris, Stuart Price, Pascal Gabriel, Theo Hutchcraft, Adam Anderson, Rick Nowels, Patrick Leonard, Stephen Bray, John Themis and Stock Aitken Waterman.

Saba created and fronted a glam rock band recording a full album called “Missing Time”. This saw Saba writing and performing Glam Electro Indie Rock songs, playing gigs at Sydney's Annandale Hotel, The Metro and The Hopetoun Hotel.

Saba wrote quirky story driven and abstract Pop Dance Electro songs, releasing the EP's “Blow Me Away” and “Feeling Feminine” on itunes Australia, performing a Pop-Cabaret style show at Sydney's Gay Imperial Hotel. A full album followed called “Face The Music” depicting Saba in shows at Sydney's Arq Night Club. Saba travelled to London playing gigs at “Madame Jo Jo's” and “The Way Out Club”.

Some of Saba's acting roles include appearing in the Australian film “Drown”, featuring in a transvestite night club scene filmed at “The Midnight Shift”, and in Debbie's Band “Guns and Money” music video, filmed in Newtown's famous King Street. Sydney rock band “Raise The Crazy” wrote a song inspired by Saba's charismatic personality called “Butch Buster”.

A Reissued, Remastered, Deluxe version of “Face The Music” with extras, is on the cards to be released in 2014, along with new performance shows and new music videos. Saba is re-training his voice with the famous Hollywood “Speech Level Singing” techniques. A documentary is currently being filmed which follows Saba Saliba's journey from Sydney Australia, to going global.
