S Groove is the alias for upcoming artist Sean Grieve. Mixing from the age of 16, Sean began playing out in his home town of Belfast in and around 2002. Playing local bars and clubs, his style was firmly focused on the deep and soulful side of house music.

Having always wanted to make his own tracks, he finally turned his hand to the production side of things in 2007.
S Groove's first outing was a remix for another Belfast local, Ric McClelland (aka Scope), on Forensic Records. His remix of 'Dark Style Deluxe' was well received and was also charted by Hernan Cattaneo. His own production followed in the form of 'Feel Your Soul', also on Forensic. More support for this track came from the likes of Shur i Kan, Andy Caldwell, Jimpster & Nick Warren. The track was also reviewed in IDJ magazine's tunes section.
The track was also included in a remix package by Randall Jones....his darker more progressive take on 'Feel Your Soul' making it into John Digweeds playlists.
Next up Sean was asked to produce some tracks for Miami based label, Dutchie Music. What followed was Sean's 2nd solo track, entitled 'Sneakin' Up'....and more recently, his remix of 'Gadzooki', the original coming from label boss Juan Mejia & Ben Grassini.

So for 2009 then...Sean has been busy in the studio working on more of his own productions. In the pipeline is his first 2 track EP for Forensic Records, NYCD Haze/Lisbon Sunrise. More releases and remixes are also planned for Dutchie Music. An appearance on BBC Radio Ulsters Across The Line in coming months. As well as this Sean can be found regularly spinning at Belfast club Thompsons Garage.
