Ryan Paradise discovered his love for dance music in the 1990’s . In the 1990’s he was an avid promoter producing events included such talent as the Chemical Brothers, Richie Hawtin, Sven Vath, Felix Da Housecat and many more.
By the late 90’s he moved from promoting to his djing. He concentrated his focus on party jams with the current electro style that was evolving at the time.
In 2006 he became the weekend resident dj at Chicago’s Debonair Social Club, which he still holds today. He has had the chance to play with such names as Steve Aoki, Cut Copy, Tommie Sunshine, DJ Mehdi and Felix Da Housecat at Debonair. Every Friday and Saturday you can expect to hear a 5 to 6 hour long set going through multiple genres of dance music. He currently focuses on a style of indie dance, electro, house, hip hop and commercial pop remixed up. He even likes to mess around with a lot of retro tracks and rock tracks. He also is a full on video mixer. You can see him at Debonair mixing videos on 6 screens along with his dance set.
