@brocktane: I believe the guitarist was stealing from "Slow Cheetah" by Radiohead, but thanks for the comments man! I really appreciate it.

@seizer: I know! The studio here has a nice little Döpfer A-100 analogue modular synth, the distortion you can get out of it is downright beautiful.

I like the ideas you have going on here. I would work on adding grove to the percussion parts (especially in the intro) to make it feel a bit more natural, and not programmed. Also, you utilize 2 line polyphony fairly well in this, I'd see if you can add even more inner voices to the more sparse bits, just to add color and interest. Good work!

This is some great stuff man! I would add a little syncopation to the piano riffs in the spots like this, but the atmosphere you've got going is spot-on awesome.

This is quite nice, although the piano sounds a bit bright. I'd really love to hear some darker colors come from an ambient piano in this. Also, I know the opening kick is probably meant to sound further in the background, but try bringing down the sidechain threshold on your pads for it, this'll make a nice "breathing" effect and make the kick sound less "flabby."

@seizer: I actually think the sound is good as it is, I would play with some effects on it though. Maybe sidechain the bejesus out of it with a silenced kick for an offbeat rhythmic feel and and then send it to a stereo delay return track. Just go crazy with modulation on it too!

I like this a lot! I would experiment around with some different kicks, I think something less punchy might actually add to this. You've got an awesome lead and hook though, good work.

@seizer: Im pretty sure for this one I just used Ableton Live 8, but ever since I got Logic 9 I've usually been rewiring Ableton into it. It's a pretty nice combo!
