Rhian Sheehan is an award winning New Zealand composer and recording artist. He has released 7 albums to date. His soundtrack work is diverse, having written for a variety of film and television projects, as well as the scores for 8 UK and US produced Planetarium Fulldome shows, including the soundtrack for “We Are Astronomers” (narrated David Tennant), and the sequel “We Are Aliens” (narrated by Rupert Grint), and more recently "Back To The Moon For Good", produced by UK's National Space Centre, Google XPRIZE, and Robert K. Weiss (The Blues Brothers, The Naked Gun), and narrated by Tim Allen (Toy Story).
He also wrote the soundtrack to the Emmy Award winning series Reservoir Hill. His work has regularly featured on BBC Horizon, Top Gear, and the National Geographic, Discovery and History channels. Sheehan’s music was used extensively during NBC’s primetime coverage of the 2012 London Olympics and has also been heard in a variety of TV commercials and movie trailers.
