Rose Red Flechette is an electronic music and sound design project by Connor Murray. What started as an industrial/rhythmic noize project has grown into a full blown hybrid consisting of punchy kicks, growling basslines, clanging snares, dark ambiances, industrial percussion, distorted/glitchy rhythms, and heavily syncopated yet meticulously arranged beat structures. Drawing upon a love for broken beats, breakdowns, and high bpms, Rose Red Flechette delivers a unique brand of frantic, unnerving psychedelic industrial music.

Rose Red Flechette has been chugging along in the Atlanta EDM scene for 4 years now, performing mainly at industrial and psytrance parties, and some small festivals, turning heads with the raw and corroded grooves of noisy industrial crossbred with brain-tingling sounds of dark psychedelic trance, all arranged in a rhythmic song structure that is decidedly metal and drum & bass influenced.

The name Rose Red Flechette is a poetic reference to the "balance of nature" or predator-prey dynamics, with humans, our technology, and the world we live in being defined alternately and changeably as predator or prey. We constantly seek to merge the technological with the organic. Civilization is evidence of this, and only through the lens of civilization do the darker perversions of human nature become so abhorrent. As technology evolves, we devolve. Rose Red Flechette's sound is an ode to this conflict, merging industrial and noize sounds with psychedelic styles, and is both a celebration of depravity, destruction, and aggression as fuel for creativity, and a stimulant for the mind, providing a uniquely cathartic experience for listeners.
