About
ROOTS. It's from the roots that Roots Rock Revolution brings their heritage. From break, hip hop, rock and a friendship of many years of Fábio Smeilli and Willian Santos, a.k.a. Mexicano. In 2006, they decided to combine their different musical backgrounds. The combination was very successful.
ROCK. With sets full of personality and completely authorial RRR quickly grew in the São Paulo club scene, and consequently, in all of Brazil. They debuted in the extinct AMP Galaxy and now play regularly at , Clash Club, Gloria, Studio SP, D-Edge, Hot Hot, Dama de Ferro (RJ), Nox (Recife), Velvet Club (BH), Galpão 29 (Natal), Boomerangue (Salvador), Dejavu (Bélem), and Porão do Beco (POA). They have also participated in big festivals such as Motomix, Nokia Trends, Urban Music Festival, Smirnoff Nightlife and XXXperience 2010, with Calvin Harris. Currently they are residents at Crew party at Clube Gloria, Bring Ya Booty at Lab and One Each at Bar Secreto.
REVOLUTION. The revolution is on the dance floor. RRR deconstructs the beats from techno, miami bass, indie rock and many other genres to create a musical trip that keeps everybody moving. And that makes everyone think: this is ROOTS. This is ROCK. This is REVOLUTION.
