Hailing from Belgium’s capital city Brussels, Kris Devacht, Lynn Croonenborghs and Thomas Van Audenhoven, aka ROLLING MAFFIA, have been trying to push the Belgian drum’n bass scene in their own way since 2006. Before that, the three had already been discovering their love for music and gathering experience in it in many different ways, which has given them a big subcultural baggage reflecting in the wide variety of styles brought by Rolling Maffia today and which has eventually led them into the production game.
Emerging from their individual musical backgrounds, but especially from the depths of the Belgian drum'n bass scene, Rolling Maffia is trying to put forward a new ambient, dark, minimal and rolling vibe into the existing sound of this underground world.
With only a good year and a half of serious experience gathering on the production side of the drum’nbass-package, big things are yet to be expected in the future and this not only from Rolling Maffia, but definately also from their dubby sounding sideproject MENTAL FORCES…
