About

Hailing from L.A., Riley Thomasson (Rize) has infused the EDM community with his fresh new sound. Using his musical training as a classical pianist, orchestral percussionist and a rock drummer, Rize has churned out a host of progressive soundscapes ranging from melodic trance to atonal filth. Drawing on the inspirational work of artists such as Brown & Gammon, Datsik, KOAN Sound, Zedd, Culprate and Doctor P, Rize is producing unique, cutting-edge tunes. Genre does not contain his sound, and his tracks break free of the classical EDM criteria. Rize's work exhibits his passion for quality through every meticulous attention to detail. Having dropped his tunes for crowds from San Jose to New York and opened for such heavyweights as Flux Pavilion, Crizzly and 3LAU, he is certainly a valuable asset to the EDM community.
