Gozo -Victoria main street - Real Estate Office - That's where you'll find George, working and serving clients with an undeniable smile, together with his laptop and brochures. This is kind of a dr. jekyll and mr. hyde situation, for when the customers are absent "Rippa" comes into being - the innocent smile turns into a dirty smirk, the laptop into a producing machine and the brochures into napkins. Rippa has been mixing since 2007, and producing since 2010 - In such a short time, he has been able to get signed with Battered Records, and shortly after contracts with Elektrax and Hpynotic Room followed. Whether it is producing or mixing, one is sure to hear that distinct, dark and intrusive techno sound. Often putting in one of his own tracks into his mixing, it is a mixture of loud but attractive, dark but ordered, smooth and yet poundering techno style.

Rippa(George Zammit) now is at the helm of Battered Records second release, delivering quiet seductive, dark driving techno tunes quite fitting to the surroundings of his local scene, Gozo in Malta.
