At an early teenage, D.T.O.P. (Which then meant Davis to the top) and best friend Johnathan Kang (Also known as Bboy Jkid) were early writers writing to producers such as 9th Wonder, Pete Rock & DJ Premier. At the time, they begun seriously making music and working on their first mixtape "Sessions: The Mixtape". Months later, They disbanded for unknown reasons. Weeks later, they reunited along with up and coming artist Thomas Banjo only to disband again, perminately. Since then, D.T.O.P. has been on his own writing lyrics meeting new musicians. As time passed, Angel & Joseph would disagree on the direction of the group and label and therefore would both come to terms into to disabling both the label and their group. Later, D.T.O.P & Joseph formed a new label titled "Food 4 Thought Records" that would help support their finances, as well as marketing. But due to unknown reasons, the 2 have dropped the title Food 4 Thought and moved on to other endeavors. D.T.O.P. has now gone officially solo and relaunching his production company titled "Rime N Rezen Productions" and will be releasing his first instrumental album titled "Decimation: M Day." digitally via Facebook, Soundcloud, Twitter & other social networks.
