Jamaican music Producer Ricko Berry born O'neil Russell has already achieved more in his young life than most Musicians dream possible. As one of the Dance-hall-Reggae genre's hottest Producers Ricko Berry has dominated Radio and music Charts globally over the pass few years.He recently held number one with his co-produce track Droop Lion's economic hardship anthem GCT,on the Reggae Charts in Brazil,England,France,Germany,Israel,Portugal,St Kitts and Nevis,U.S.A and other major Charts in Africa.
As a Producer,he worked with a variety of notable Artists including, Turbulence,Jimmy Riley,Droop Lion,Anthony Que,I-Maroon and recently Sophia Brown and others.
In the year 2008 ,Ricko Berry formed Ricko Berry Productions , from the encouragement of his late friend Fabian Bryan aka Buddups from Black Wasp Sound system. Ricko Berry has a love for music from a very tender age growing up listening and watching is aunt Sister Nancy and his uncle Brigadier Jerry, He along side his brothers Rohan Russell aka Skibba Don and Andrew James aka Stamma Dee built a Sound System called Little Star where it really started. They would play the system on weekends at is father (Reuben Russell) Beer Joint playing for mostly elders, playing a lot of vintage music - old hits.
The Music Industry is changing fast and with his proven track record and innovative approach to Music Production,Ricko Berry will continue to break new ground as he continues to create new music.Music that is fresh,unique and unforgettable.
