      deeeeeeeeep..........very possibly in a cave, with dripping walls.....loving this, reminding me of Ulysses 31 for probably no good reason - i think that little glass 'ching' synth is the cause actually, and that bass.......this is top....you can download this mix on your site?

      Just that endlessly cool perc loop and rythmn parts, and all that crazy evolving atmospheres over it..... you just let the elements do the speaking. Totally brilliant hypnotic tribal techno man. Do want!

thought i might introduce my deFocus series here for anyone unaware...monthly netlabel mixes I've been working on for a few months. download this and check out the rest on my website at www.bleepsequence.com

The German netlabel Stadtgruen analyzes the fundamental connections between culture and nature, seeking harmony between the two by exploring the "possibilities of contemporary electronics." While the label separates its releases between natural and urban atmospheres, their styles of dub and techno still interact with each other in a very thoughtful and dynamic fashion. For a personal touch in creating this mix, I tried to form these tracks into a narrative similar to my future plans, relocating from the lush Pacific Northwest to the bustle of central Tokyo. I hope you enjoy the ride.
