        This sound that comes in (high melody) gets a little tiresome on the ears (imo) Could do with a little modulation/movement.

        Thanks, I haven't heard it on proper speakers yet, so was unaware of this. The whole mix was done on £5.99 headphones & my MacBook speakers. :D And I've added in some automation on the feedback of the sound now (the sound was originally a horn taken off a scientist album)

        reminds me of the Metroid intro, super eerie! i kinda wish this melody was more like an intro to some rinsed out beats and mayhem.... could be beauiful!!!

        i like how beat EQ'd maybe not ment to be flat/level sounding, but it comes across as working

        Cheers, yeah the beat has a lot of high end percussion (bells, mallets, zils etc) which give it that twinkly high end.

        classy tune... could develop into something super-intense... but then again, it's also a nice little tune to end a set with or give the mix a lil' break.... the kinda tune that ends a really good mixed CD and makes you think "i never hear that stuff out, but i'm really glad it exists!" cheers!
