It certainly has been a while since we last sat down and put together a press release for Rejekt Music. That “while” has been filled with plenty of activity unfortunately not much of it creative. ‘Death’s in the family and dealing with the Taxman’ might just be the title of our next EP.
“Onwards and upwards” as one of the dearly departed used to say and that’s exactly what we intend to do. It is with great pleasure that we announce the 5th release on Rejekt Music coming this time from Gamal Kabar.
Gamal has released on some seriously seminal labels like Pokerflat, Dessous and Claude Von Stroke’s Mothership imprint and we are delighted to welcome him into the rEJEKT fold.
What you get here is 2 straight up house grooves both with that distinct Kabar sound. Warm, rhythmic and skipping all the way through. Bucca has a beauty of a hook as well. The package is topped of nicely we think with a deeper rolling rEJEKT remix.
