About

Xavier Walker's name backwards is Reivax Reklaw. This Victoria, BC music and media guru's energy and talent behind the decks is like no other. Known for his incredible taste in music and his killer smile, Xavier's character and ear for music stems from perfect nights of crisp beats, soaring synths, and driving basslines. Buying his first record in July of 2001, it's been 12 years and his lust for music runs deeper than ever. Starting off with breaks in 01' and opening for almost every international breaks dj in the world with Wes Beanz as W.A.X and by himself, Xavier has taken a different path into the ways of house music, key word: Disco.

It's 2014. An International residency on Koh Tao in Thailand, 100+parties, 200+ opening gigs and a few memorable headlining slots, he's still pushing his limits. Disco is Xavier's new found love. Call it disco house or nu disco, if it's good, you'll hear him play something better that you wish you knew. The kid spends hours upon hours, endlessly digging for new tunes, stopping at nothing until he has the best basslines, the perfect vocals and the epic, beautiful synths. Xavier has rocked festivals, clubs, parties and good times all over BC and he has no plans on stopping any time soon. There's a certain kind of magic and love for djing that you don't see anymore; don't miss Xavier's set, cause you'll see it.
