In 1997 I decided to record a mixtape and I used what I considered 100% dancehall reggae bangers. I recorded this in Boston with vinyl as my weapon of choice. Originally it went straight to cassette so here's side A only. Later it would make it's way on CD after a re-recording. Thanks to 88.9 WERS and the Caribbean community in Boston who helped plant the seeds for this mixtape to happen. Special thanks go out to Rodigan who had a vinyl shop on Blue Hill ave, my secret spot in Queens, Rock and Soul, and BeatStreet for importing Jamaican 45's. Thanks to the homies Claro, Carlo, Mike_C,and KNAR!!! To my DJ's Macapuno, Spinfamoose, and everyone who has helped spread this CD far and wide.
