About

Born in 1979 in Vlaardingen, The Netherlands

At early age Sander was always walking around with his walkman, playing recorded tapes with rare and obscure material. At the age of 15 he started making music with a PC and Fasttracker.

In 2004 Sander started playing live on stage with An MPC, sampler and a few synths. This live feedback gave him the opportunity to constantly improve his tracks. Finally when a first release was planned in May 2008, his health condition took a rapid turn in his life and he was forced to give up techno until Januari 2011. As he was slowly recovering and picking up the music again, his first release got interest again from Flatlife Records and is now available on Beatport.

His minimal techno tracks always have a nice funky groove, combined with some nice warm, deep melodies. With a strong eye for detail, his deep grooves are surely going to make you move.

Sander is able to control every single sound detail live on stage. In his live performance there are no pre-recorded tracks and every single sound can be affected with separate controls. To control all of this, you’ll find a lot of midi-controls on stage.
