Steve Rumizen grew up in Reading, MA and graduated from Lehigh University in PA in 2012. Although his music is strongly influenced by hip-hop, he was influenced by bands like Weezer, Radiohead, The Red Hot Chili Peppers and Sublime growing up. Steve's love for hip-hop began when he heard Kanye West's "The College Dropout" in the 8th grade. By the time he listened to "Ready to Die" by The Notorious B.I.G., he realized that writing rhymes and making music was something he had always dreamed of, and began creating his own songs so he could share his passion with others.
