American producer Gridlok has been making high quality Drum and Bass for over a decade and Real Playaz are proud to release another of his tracks on their prestigious label. After the success of his collaboration with Prolix and MC Fats, Tru Born Playa/Got to Roll, Gridlok returns once again with Smuggler/After Midnight.
First up is Smuggler, a techy and dark beat which complete with bleeps and dripping synths, creates a space life feel to the track. Fast paced and deliciously brooding, Smuggler is certain to keep the crowd going until the early hours with its energetic beats.

On the flip, After Midnight is slower paced but by no means does it make less of an impact. Stripped back with less layering that Smuggler, the powerful warping bass and rattling beats are guaranteed to make their way onto any self respecting DJs’ play lists in the coming months.

With an impressive back catalogue of releases, Gridlok is clocking up tracks on many prolific labels in the industry. This release is definitely not to be overlooked!
