About
R Dub grew up in North London listening to Electro, Hip-Hop and Acid House. By the age of 17 he was attending raves such as Elevation, Dreamscape, The Eclipse, AWOL@Paradise Club and Equinox@Milwaukees and listening to pirate radio stations Pulse FM, Weekend Rush and Defection. In 1994 he swapped the partying and started producing music inspired by artists 4 Hero, Rufige Kru, DJ Crystl, FBD Project, Doc Scott, A Guy Called Gerald, Photek,Source Direct, Foul Play and DJs LTJ Bukem & Randall.
R Dub's music can be described as dark, atmospheric breakbeat music supported by the biggest DJs & producers in the breakbeat drum and bass scene.
